Bert Baxter Transport is a family owned and operated business incorporated in 1957.  From a modest beginning with a few trucks it has expanded it services until at the present time it operates over 80 tractors  of varying designs from  long haul  to  heavy  oilfield equipment moving  and service  plus  large number of lighter three quarter and one ton trucks for hot shot loads and light delivery and pickup.  Located in Estevan in southeastern Saskatchewan the company also operates  a branch office in Leduc Alberta ..

In addition to providing specialized transportation services to the oil patch in Western Canada, the company supplies open deck transportation of goods and equipment on a contract basis between Canada and the continental United States. Our special equipment includes pickers, winch trucks, bed trucks and specialized trailers to haul all oil field equipment and materials.  Bert Baxter Transport bases its success on 55 years of providing excellent service to its customers  24/7 and to its knowledgeable, skilled and dedicated staff. It also believes that safe, reliable and well-maintained equipment is paramount to the ability to meet customer demands.

Staff

Bert Baxter Transport is very fortunate to employ many long time highly qualified and experienced operators. These operators have experience  in the hauling of all oilfield equipment and materials, general freight, a large variety of specialized freight and oversized loads as needed, any distance and any destination.  Our average years of service of experienced drivers  is very high and the turn over is low.

Providing customer satisfaction is requirement of all employees and is top priority, second only to safety.
